Quick and easy to grow indoors. Can be sown all year round.
Sprinkle seed on moist cotton wool, paper tissue, or a thin layer of compost - cover with paper until shoots start to appear. Remove paper and put on a windowsill until ready to harvest

Harvest when about 5 cm tall

Great for KIDS to grow and make some eggheads
